HST Showcased at IMDEX 2011 in Singapore
May 2011 –
HST received much interest during IMDEX 2011 at Singapore this month as part of the Team Australia’s representation at this major defence expo. The technology was well received and generated interest with the navies of the region as well as the commercial shipping sector. Senior personnel from Singapore, Malaysia, India, USA, Russia, and Germany were among the many navies that visited the stand and understood the potential for HST to reduce their fuel bill significantly.
Many thousands of delegates attended the expo held at the Changi Exhibition Centre in Singapore. The conference was officially opened by the Guest of Honour Mr Teo Chee Hean, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for defence in Singapore after a rousing opening ceremony.
IMDEX was well represented with many defence companies displaying the latest in defence products including state of the art weaponry and equipment with 45 international navies participating and 160 exhibitors.
HST was in good company at the Team Australia stand with Australian defence companies representing the best of innovation.
